Can I register onsite?

Yes, if you did not have a chance to reg­is­ter on­line be­fore the event, you may reg­is­ter on­site. Please note that the reg­is­tra­tion process on­site may take 10-15 min­utes. We will only be able to ac­cept credit card pay­ments.

What is the dress code?

There is no set dress code and like many open source events, at­ten­dess will dress in a range, from jeans to suits. Our rec­om­men­da­tion is busi­ness ca­sual; jeans are ab­solutely ac­cept­able. Please do layer up - con­fer­ence rooms have a ten­dency to get cold.

Is this event open to anyone to attend?

Yes, though it is geared to­wards the fol­low­ing peo­ple in the Cloud Foundry com­mu­nity: Ap­pli­ca­tion De­vel­op­ers, IT Op­er­a­tions, Tech­ni­cal Man­age­ment, Line-of-Busi­ness (LOB) Lead­er­ship, Ser­vice Providers and other Cloud Foundry Con­trib­u­tors.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you must can­cel for any rea­son please no­tify us via email at events@cloudfoundry.org. Re­funds will only be is­sued for can­cel­la­tions re­ceived at least 1 week prior to the first day of the event and may take up to 14 days to process. Please note that all re­funds are sub­ject to a 3% pro­cess­ing fee.


May I substitute someone else, if I am unable to attend?

If you are un­able to at­tend, you can sub­sti­tute an­other at­tendee in lieu of can­cel­la­tion this event.  To sub­sti­tute an at­tendee, you may re­turn to the event registration form and click “View or Change Your Ex­ist­ing Reg­is­tra­tion”. Once you’ve en­tered your email ad­dress and pass­word, you may edit your reg­is­tra­tion with the new at­ten­dee's in­for­ma­tion.  Uti­liz­ing this fea­ture will also al­low you to re-is­sue your­self a re­ceipt and/​or con­fir­ma­tion should you need it.  

How can I retrieve a copy of my receipt?

A link will be on your con­fir­ma­tion email; in the email click on the sec­tion that reads "View Your In­voice". Next, un­der "Ac­tions" you can se­lect ei­ther: "Print Re­ceipt" or "Email Re­ceipt". If you do not have your con­fir­ma­tion email any longer, you can also ac­cess your reg­is­tra­tion de­tails by re­turn­ing to the registration form and click­ing “View or Change Your Ex­ist­ing Reg­is­tra­tion”. Once you lo­gin and ac­cess your reg­is­tra­tion de­tails, sim­ply click on "Print Re­ceipt" lo­cated un­der "Doc­u­ments".
